About the Role

SkySync is looking for high-energy, driven professionals with sound business acumen, strong technical aptitude and natural sales instincts to join our Outbound Business Development team. Ideal candidates should be eager to advance in our organization by demonstrating their ability to be tenacious self-starters every day.   • Partner with our experienced Account Executives to help fill their pipeline and develop your skills
  • Research and build new and existing accounts (i.e., adding contacts, sending emails, strategic calling)
  • Conduct high-level conversations with mid-level and senior executives in prospect accounts
  • Achieve monthly quotas of qualified meetings
  • Solid Base Salary + Commission, 15 days PTO plus Holidays, Medical/Dental coverage, 401k match & more

Minimum Qualifications

  • 0 – 2 years of full-time corporate sales experience (software sales is a plus)

  • Excellent writing skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Motivation, drive and a self-starting attitude
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
  • Ability to quickly establish rapport and understand customer needs
  • Ability to multi-task, take initiative, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Preferred Qualifications

  • CRM expertise
  • Inside sales experience
  • Enterprise prospecting experience
  • Experience selling into Mid-Market or Enterprise market segments
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited University
